Gag status & new plugin.

Today i fixed all known issues from the gags, here a small log:

• Fixed an issue where local chat was not being redirected to assigned channel.
• Fixed an issue where the wearer could not IM the keyholder while prevented from sending IM's.
• Fixed issue where chat was prevented after relog/crash.
  
• Fixed an issue where alarm floating text did not get removed when resetting the alarm.
• Fixed an issue where wearer was prevented from chat while gag is locked (Type:Lock).
  
• Fixed an issue where emotes were truncated again when they were not suppose to after a relog or crash.
• Changed shouts when chatting with a locked gag to say to avoid spamming everyone in the sim.
• Added a message when someone tries to access your gag when you have the keys or the gag is locked.

Plugin pack for Cold Embrace products includes:

• Force Detach.
• Force Remove Clothes.
• Prevent wear/unwear.

• Easy to install. (Drag & Drop!)

That's about it, please report ANY issues with the gag before i release the update. So i don't have to do another update on it soon after this one. Thanks.

Notes: Items that are not gags (Fiddle, mittens, etc) will be updated soon, they will get options similar to the gags. And adjusted for future updates.
